Leslie Kaminoff is a yoga educator with roots from his teacher, T.K.V. Desikachar. Internationally recognized for his work with yoga and breath anatomy, Leslie will be bringing four workshops to SWEAT that highlight Desikachar’s Yoga, breath-based practices, and the cultivation of your powerful “Om.”
Sleep Serenity
Thursdays @ 6pm from Sept 26 - Nov 7.* Over six transformative weeks, we'll delve into a range of balancing techniques, breathwork, meditation, and the deeply rejuvenating practice of yoga nidra, all tailored to optimize your rest and create habits that pave the way for consistent, high-quality sleep.
Flow and Glow
A 6 week program designed to gently guide the expecting mother through any phase of her pregnancy journey. We will leverage breath work, reflection, and a unique, modified flow to empower mothers to choose movement that feels good in their evolving bodies. Tools learned in this program will also lead into the transition of labor and postpartum healing.
Yoga for Golfers
This six-week program will focus on increasing mobility, building stability, and practicing mindfulness. We will even try-on bringing yoga to the course by using a club from your bag to warm-up like the pro you are!

SWEAT on the Green
In honor of Women's Health month, SWEAT is collaborating with Brighter Day Physical Therapy and Wellness to share SWEAT on the Green for an interactive yoga practice and workshop.
Pelvic Floor Health
The mindful coordination of the pelvic floor muscles with your breath empowers you to take control of your pelvic floor health. Through education of the anatomy, you will learn how to properly activate and relax your pelvic floor, and how to protect your pelvic floor while you exercise. All humans welcome.
