Over the years, elite golfers have credited their impressive golf swings and ability to perform under pressure in part to incorporating yoga into their routines. The benefits of yoga for golfers are far-reaching. You can improve your golfing performance, improve your ability to swing a golf club, and increase your longevity as a player (think retirement plans!).
This six-week program, led by Noel, will focus on increasing mobility, building stability, and practicing mindfulness. We will even try-on bringing yoga to the course by using a club from your bag to warm-up like the pro you are!
