
Baby & Me: Info Session
All expecting or current baby-parents welcome!
Learn more about the prenatal and Baby & Me offerings possible at SWEAT.
Start with a gentle movement session then transition into Q&A/discussion.
Babies* are welcome to attend with you, too!
The info session is in-person only. Registration is limited. If you would like to come with a partner(s), please ensure that each of you enroll individually.
Sign up while spaces remain!
Special Note: Bring your yoga mat, a blanket that’s comfortable for baby to lay on, and a burp cloth. An extra diaper or two with a changing pad are also encouraged, just in case!
No mat? No worries! We have rentals at the studio.

Cancellation Policy:
There will be a $30 fee for all no-shows and late cancellations (inside the three hour window before class begins).
Please only register if you are confident you will be able to attend so that we can ensure there is enough space for all who would like to participate!

Leslie Kaminoff Weekend Immersion
Leslie Kaminoff is a yoga educator with roots from his teacher, T.K.V. Desikachar. Internationally recognized for his work with yoga and breath anatomy, Leslie will be bringing four workshops to SWEAT that highlight Desikachar’s Yoga, breath-based practices, and the cultivation of your powerful “Om.”

Sleep Serenity
Over six transformative weeks, we'll delve into a range of balancing techniques, breathwork, meditation, and the deeply rejuvenating practice of yoga nidra, all tailored to optimize your rest and create habits that pave the way for consistent, high-quality sleep.

Yoga for Golfers
This six-week program will focus on increasing mobility, building stability, and practicing mindfulness. We will even try-on bringing yoga to the course by using a club from your bag to warm-up like the pro you are!

Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Alice Riccardi
Join Alice Riccardi, Yoga Alliance E-RYT, for a transformative and inclusive Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Yin Yoga supports and strengthens the Yin aspects of the body (connective tissue, ligaments, and tendons) as well as enhancing and aligning the more subtle aspects of the body’s energy as it relates to Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Meridian system.

Inversion Workshop
Take your practice upside down in this fun workshop focused on yoga inversion poses! Deepen the connection with your physical body as you explore preparatory poses and various stages of inversions to find proper alignment. All levels are welcome. Bring an open mind and a playful spirit.

Vision Board Workshop
Join us for an inspiring and transformative journey with Alex, designed to help you gain clarity, release what no longer serves you, and step into your fullest potential. This is more than creating a vision board—it’s an opportunity to set powerful intentions aligned with your aspirations, leaving you empowered, focused, and ready to embrace all that 2025 has to offer.
