This calming, all-levels practice invites you to slow down and explore the body’s deeper layers—gently targeting joints, fascia, and connective tissue through long-held, intentional poses. Rooted in breath and mindfulness, Yin offers a quiet space to reset and restore. A perfect complement to more active movement, it supports mobility, presence, and a grounded sense of calm.
There will be a $30 fee for all no-shows and late cancellations (inside the three hour window before class begins).
