SWEAT on the Green!
In honor of Women's Health month, SWEAT is collaborating with Brighter Day Physical Therapy and Wellness to share SWEAT on the Green for an interactive yoga practice and workshop.
Come to this active workshop to learn to craft the mindful coordination of the pelvic floor muscles with your breath. The connection empowers you to take control of your pelvic floor health. Through education of the anatomy, you will learn how to properly activate and relax your pelvic floor, and how to protect your pelvic floor while you exercise. All humans welcome.

Parking can be found on-site.
Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and pen. We will be sitting on the grass during the workshop. If sitting on the ground for an hour doesn't feel good in your body, please bring what you need to support you in feeling well!
