Movement > Mulligans is your path to a stronger, more agile, and increasingly focused golf game.

Join Aiden and Noel for Movement > Mulligans, a program designed to elevate your golf game through targeted fitness and yoga sessions. Our mission is to enhance your performance on the course by building strength, increasing mobility, and boosting power output. We place a strong emphasis on rotational control, helping you gain more precision and fluidity in your swing. Additionally, you'll practice ground-leveraging techniques to amplify your swing mechanics, and breathing techniques to sharpen your focus under pressure.
