This program is 100% virtual. Tune in from the comfort of your own home - maybe even the kitchen as we navigate this journey together.

What does the SWEAT Reset include?

  • Prep Week: Start with one week of prep to set yourself up for success and one week of integration to carry what you’ve learned into your everyday life.

  • Phased Progression: From The Shift to The Detox, and finally The Cleanse, we’ll guide you through each step with clarity and care.

  • Integration Week: The ‘now what’ feeling at the end of our Reset is real - this year we are going to take more time to ease back into the day to day with confidence and clarity!

  • Practical Tools: Learn how to fuel your body with nutrient-dense foods, shop smarter, and make choices that truly serve your well-being.

  • Mindful Practices: Infuse intention into your days with guided meditations, movement, breathwork, and journaling.
