A combination of healthful eating, movement, meditation and breath practices ignites your journey to create your healthy.

You will begin with a 5 day shift, focusing on whole, nutrient dense food consumption. From there, we enter the detox phase. The next five days will be about identifying and removing harmful ingredients (including processed sugars) that may be lurking and hiding in your food preventing you from feeling your best. Lastly, we will combine all of what we learned into an 11 day cleanse void of sugar and other processed ingredients.

Interwoven throughout, you will be invited to participate in the guided meditations, short yoga practices and breathwork that progress over the 21 days to support your journey.

This is a virtual program, everyone is welcome!

Vegetarian and paleo inspired options will be offered.

You could say the 21 day sugar detox just got a makeover ;)
