This six week Roll n’ Flow program will give you access to movement with increased freedom in your muscles, and therefore your joints. Discover the power of fascia as it relates to the overall health of your body to reduce pain and enhance mobility. By utilizing myofascial compression tools, unlock the ability to give yourself the deep tissue massage that you crave!

This program combines myofascial compression (self-massage) techniques with a yoga flow to unlock tension and create ease in the body. Each week targets a specific area, integrating myofascial compression with a tailored yoga flow to keep you moving throughout the week. You will explore the connection between your muscles and joints, enhancing flexibility and mobility along the way.

You will walk away from the program with specific, targeted techniques to support you in feeling your best on and off of your mat!
