Arm Balance Workshop
This is a 2-hour workshop that explores the foundations of arm balancing, and gives you tips and tricks to get your body off the ground. This fun, challenging sequence of arm-balances is designed to teach you how to do arm-balances with greater mindfulness and ease. Students often over-rely on force when working on these poses rather than learning to understand the essential actions and movements.
Flow and Glow
A 6 week program designed to gently guide the expecting mother through any phase of her pregnancy journey. We will leverage breath work, reflection, and a unique, modified flow to empower mothers to choose movement that feels good in their evolving bodies. Tools learned in this program will also lead into the transition of labor and postpartum healing.
